Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to countries in North and South America, Western Europe, and Australia.

Alexander Drake is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Alexander Drake is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to decide if you want to keep them. This window gives you ample time to try on your apparel and swimwear in the comfort of your home.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
• Swimwear Bottoms: Due to hygiene concerns, swimwear bottoms are only eligible for return if the hygiene sticker is intact and in its original form. Bottoms without the hygiene sticker or with a removed sticker are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" and will not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges (no fee for exchanges) for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange for a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Any return shipping costs incurred will be credited back once we receive the original item.  

Return Shipping

• Returns within the USA: We charge a flat rate of $5 for return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
• International Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges and the return shipping fee. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Legal Compliance

Our return and refund policy is designed to comply with the consumer protection laws of the countries we serve. For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to return purchases made online within 14 days for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Directive, although we extend this period to 30 days for our customers' convenience.
